AVAILABLE WORKING OPTIONS

• 24×7 ONLINE CONSULTATION AND GUIDANCE (issues will be managed through teachers at the school)
  • You will be assigned with an RCI-registered professional to help with your school issues.
  • Assistance through PHONE CALLS + VIDEO CALLS
  • Educators / teachers can call the assigned professional and get his /her assistance to solve any issue regarding student academics or behaviour.
  • School can get professional assistance to solve and manage school-based mental health issues of students and staffs.
    • OPTION I – 8 PHONE CALLS + 4 VIDEO CALLS PER MONTH
    • OPTION II – 16 PHONE CALLS + 6 VIDEO CALLS PER MONTH
    • OPTION III – 24 PHONE CALLS + 10 VIDEO CALLS PER MONTH
  • Professionals will be available 24X7
  • A monthly report on calls received and the issues handled will be submitted to the school
  • Yearly or monthly payment based on the volume of phone calls and video calls required

• VIRTUAL – TIMED SUPPORT (includes one to one student counselling + educator support)
  • Once in a week or two days in a week (as per school’s requirements)
  • An RCI registered professional will be assigned to the school
  • The professional will be available between 11 am and 3 pm on a selected week day
  • School needs to assign a staff to coordinate with the professional and the school
  • 11pm to 2pm – The professional will sit for one-to-one counselling with students who require counselling
  • One to one counselling will happen through video chats using mic and speaker
  • 2pm – 3pm – The professional will assist educators who need support to help their students
  • Timing can be modified based on school’s requirements
  • Educators will be trained to handle slow learners
  • Includes Special Education Support
  • Teacher empowerment programs too can be done through virtual mode
  • A report on work done will be submitted to the school management once in a month

• Real Time – At School Support (includes life skill classes & one to one counselling)
  • Once in a week or two days in a week (as per school’s requirements) @ school campus
  • An RCI registered professional will be assigned to the school
  • The professional will be available from 10am to 4pm and 11 am to 3 pm on a selected weed day
  • Group classes will be taken for one or two or three groups based on the school’s requirements
  • Students who require one to one counselling can visit the professional on an appointed time
  • Educators can refer children who may need professional support for one-to-one counselling
  • Health and Wellness Coaching Classes can be conducted for children in batches
  • Teachers empowerment workshops can be conducted in batches
  • Parent awareness programs can be conducted in batches
  • Slow learners can be coached for better academic performance
  • Schools will be supported in setting up inclusive education departments
  • Special education support and shadow teacher training will be provided
  • A report on work done will be submitted to the school management once in a month
